SALES CONDITIONS AND COMMERCIAL TERMS OF THE AGRITECH SHOP
CONDITIONS OF SALES
These general conditions are concerned with the purchase of products marketed by Agritech S.r.l, through the electronic ecommerce network through the website www.agritech.it also owned by Agritech S.r.l based in Via Remembrance, 7, 25012 Calvisano (BS)-Tel. +39 030 99 68 222 VAT: 01532340989 REA: BS-319284 E-mail: email@example.com.
The purchase transactions will be regulated by the consumer code D. Lgs n.206/2005, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 196/03.
The methods of sale currently provided for the purchases of the products in the AGRITECH catalogues are as follows:
Delivery to Italy and EU countries (excluding Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Switzerland)
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALES
The conditions set out in the foreword are an integral and essential part of this contract.
All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the customer consumer to the website corresponding to the address www.agritech.it where, in fact, the customer can finalize the contract for the purchase of the desired product following carefully the indications and procedures provided.
These general conditions of sale must be reviewed “online” by the customer before the completion of the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation, therefore, implies total knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.
ALL IMAGES ARE INSERTED FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES
SELLING PRICES AND METHODS OF PURCHASE
The sales prices indicated on the website are www.agritech.it always expressed in €uro and excluding VAT.
All product prices are Ex-Work and include neither shipping costs nor any optional additional costs, which will be disclosed to the customer prior to confirmation of purchase.
The purchase contract is completed by means of the exact compilation and consent to the manifest purchase through the “online” date of membership.
The customer can pay for the ordered goods using the payment methods indicated “online “at the time of purchase.
Agritech S.r.l, owner of the www.agritech.it site, will deliver to customers, at the address indicated by the customer, the products selected and ordered, in the manner provided for in the previous article, by couriers.
AGRITECH S.r.l does not assume responsibility for the disruptions attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, pandemics and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, from executing within the agreed times of the contract.
AGRITECH S.r.l is not responsible for any fraudulent and unlawful use that can be made by third parties, credit cards, and other means of payment, when paying for the purchased products. Agritech S.r.l, in fact, at no time during the purchase procedure is able to know the credit card number of the buyer who, through a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the bank service manager.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER
It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications.
The Customer maintains Agritech S.r.l from any responsibility deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors related to the data provided by the Customer, being the customer himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.
All products sold through the ecommerce platform by Agritech S.r.l are carefully controlled; Agritech undertakes to replace defective or broken parts during normal working conditions within twelve months of the date of shipment. Replacement will be made Ex-Work.
Agritech cannot be held liable for damages caused by:
(a)Poor maintenance of goods during transport.
b) Incorrect use of the goods at their destination.
The replacement will be Ex-works and the cost of the transport will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately verify the goods and must inform the supplier about:
(a)Any damage caused during transport, which must be reported on the conveyor delivery note.
b) Any defective or missing goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Complaints without documentation, or complaints that cannot be proven will not be accepted; in any case, only complaints sent within 12 months, the delivery will be considered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the received good and obtaining a refund of the price paid. The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
The items must be returned under the same receiving conditions: provided with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the original packaging and packaging.
All costs of returning the products are borne by the customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the seller’s domicile.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the aforementioned deadline, send a registered letter with receipt to AGRITECH S.r.l – Via Rimembranze, 7 – 25012 Calvisano (BS) or e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org . The communication can also be sent by e-mail but, within 48 hours after confirmation of the order that took place on the Agritech platform shop by the customer.
Agritech S.r.l, owner of the www.agritech.it site, will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to note that the products have been returned to their state of origin and with the original packaging; in this case it will refund the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The payment methods currently provided for purchases of the products in the catalogue are as follows:
CREDIT CARD – PAYPAL – BANK TRANSFER.
We accept the most common credit cards issued by banking institutions present on the European territory.
All orders placed, before being fulfilled, are subject to genuineness checks directly from the relevant credit card issuing institutions to protect the customer.
With this form of payment, the order will be generated and confirmed by e-mail.
An “order number” will be assigned, which can be used in any further communication with AGRITECH S.r.l.
If there are no problems, the order will be processed, and the goods will be shipped through a courier in the manner provided.
In the event that the order cannot be confirmed and/or accepted, prompt e-mail and/or telephone communication will be given.
It is possible to pay quickly, without having to type in your credit card details every time. With the use of PayPal, banking information will never be shared.
Using PayPal as an online payment tool is safe and free.
By choosing this method of payment at the time of the online order, it will be possible to make the credit by BANK TRANSFER.
AGRITECH S.r.l will communicate to the customer the bank details to make the payment of the order the reason for the transfer must report the order number that will be communicated by e-mail.

AGRITECH reserves the right to cancel the order in case of non-receipt of the transfer.
In the event that the amount of the transfer does not correspond to the amount of the order, AGRITECH will contact you to agree on how to proceed with the fulfillment of the order. Customers are advised to keep a copy of the bank transfer receipt, as a certification of payment.
INFO AND SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of shipping costs will be calculated based on the number of products in the cart.
Shipping times and delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered. Generally, the products are shipped from 5 to 25 working days.
If the payment is made by bank transfer, the order is handled only after confirmation of receipt of the transfer through our bank.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
On delivery of the order, we invite you to check:
• that the number of packages indicated on the carrier’s letter corresponds to the number delivered.
• that the package is intact and not damaged; any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery and reported by e-mail to email@example.com
