Production of truck tanks for the transport of feed
Agritech produces a wide range of tanks of various capacities suitable for the transport of feed and cereals and for the filling of silos. Each tank is followed by a detailed data catalogue illustrating the characteristics and dimensions of each proposed model.
Truck tank WITH MECHANIC UNLOADING
The mechanic unloading truck tank Mod. AG allow large quantities of feed and cereals to be transferred in a short time from a farm feed factory to storage silos. The product is loaded from above through a side-sliding roof and discharge is carried out with a diam. 200 mm screw which is able to reach 8.5 m. in height and empty a tank in about 20 minutes. The riser and orientation of the screw can be manual or hydraulic and it is also available the version with two rooms for the transport of two different products. Moreover, it is also possible to equip the tank with mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic braking systems.
Truck tank WITH PNEUMATIC UNLOADING
Unlike the previous ones, truck tanks with pneumatic unloading Mod. AP allow the transfer of feed through a pneumatic compression system operated by the tractor’s power (PTO). Also for these models the load of the product takes place from above through a side sliding roof, but at the bottom, the tank has a system composed of compressor and rotary valve capable of fill silos up to 10 m. in height with a flow rate ranging from 5000 to 7000 kg. /h. On request it is possible to equip the tank with mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic braking systems and it is also available the version and two rooms for the transport of two different products.
Small CARTS
The small carts Mod. AD are designed for the transport and distribution of feed to grazing animals. The load takes place from the top of the trailer, while the discharge by means of a short screw placed in the front or in the rear position and operated by the tractor’s power (PTO). The movement of the screw is done manually; by the way they can also provide the cart with double-effect hydraulic jack on request. Three different capacities are available for this model: 2 Mc., 3 Mc. and 4 Mc.
Track tank for CAMION
Agritech also offers a range of removable truck tanks MOD. AF and MOD. AM suitable to be installed for use on a trailer available on the farm, and subsequently removed and parked. The extraction screw can be started by spark ignition engines or electric motors, at the customer’s choice. The discharge height from the ground is about 8.5m.. It is possible to divide the cistern into two separate room for storing and moving two different types of agricultural products.
